FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns plastic surgery and cosmetology, and can be used for correction of an anatomic locating of brows, excision of a superfluous cord of tissues of an upper eyelid and correction of ciliary edge at direct growth of eyelashes. The upper eyelid cut is spent on a natural cord. Excess of an upper eyelid skin is exsected. Tunnel access to brow tissues is formed. The brow is displaced in the necessary position with its bracing to a periosteum hardly above orbit edge through a tunnel, not damaging an external integument in the field of bracing. Brow bracing is carried out using allo-tendinous threads from the Alloplant biomaterial. Then correction of ciliary edge of an upper eyelid is carried out: the top-flatted seam from this material is imposed from an upper eyelid cut subcutaneously on an upper eyelid cartilage in its average part. The seam is tightened with maintenance of lifting of ciliary edge and after that the wound is taken in.
EFFECT: performance of complex surgical correction of position of a brow and an upper eyelid without additional visible cuts and thus to increase cosmetic effect of operation.
