SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating hypoplastic coxarthrosis, inborn dislocation and varus deformations of collum femoris with the help of combining the method of endoprosthetics and that of distraction osteosynthesis with the apparatus of external perosseous fixation. One should fulfill the resection of both caput and collum femoris to carry out implantation of endoprosthesis' pelvic component. Then, during a 2-3-wk-long period it is necessary to descend a patient's os femoris till the disposition of a greater trochanter being distally against the pelvic component. One should fulfill the implantation of endoprosthesis' femoral component and reset its caput into the cavity. The innovation enables to prevent the development of neurological complications at femoral descending technique.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
