SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely orthopedics and traumatology, can be used in the surgical treatment of patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the hip joint by endoprosthetics. At the first stage, the metered reduction of the femur and the formation of a soft-tissue regenerate are carried out. To do this, the pelvic support of the device is mounted for lowering the femur in the form of an arc on the ilium, then the femoral support is mounted on the femur and they are connected with three telescopic rods with single-plane fixed hinges. From the second day after the operation, distraction begins at a rate of 2 mm per day. During the migration of the wires, the end of the migrating wire from the side free from the thrust pad is released, a bone screw with a through axial channel is inserted on the wire, screwing its end with a screw thread into the bone, the free end of the bone screw is fixed, the wire is stretched and its end is bent into the slot on the screw, pressing with a nut, similarly, bone screws are installed on the next wire. After reaching the required position of the femoral head, hip replacement is performed with the formation of a joint capsule from soft-tissue regenerate.
EFFECT: method reduces the risk of instability of the endoprosthesis after its implantation and increases the survival rate of the hip joint endoprosthesis due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
