FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: one should carry out necrsequestrectomy, fill in an osseous cavity with reduced muscular autotransplant. Moreover, before filling in the cavity it is necessary to mix reduced muscular autotransplant with the concentrate of plasmatic autofibronectin at volumetric ratio being 1:(0.2-0.5). The innovation provides shortened terms of therapy and excludes the chance for postoperational complications.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
