FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for surgical treatment of non-specific chronic fistulous implant-associated spinal spondylitis. Partial or complete dismounting of transpedicular fixing system, mechanical necrectomy of bone canals in vertebral arches and bones are realised. Afer mechanical necrectomy bone canals are processed with argon plasma torch. To fill in bone canals material of thick cream consistency is used.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to sanitise the focus around the implant and prevent infection recurrence.
