FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with either maintenance or correction of vertebral column at internal implantation. It simplifies the regulation of the device suggested at the site of medicinal operation and accelerates the procedure of implantation. This device consists of, firstly, one or more rods applied for maintenance or moving vertebral column, and, secondly, at least, one implant that combines rods and vertebrae, moreover, the implant mentioned contains, firstly, the means of osseous fixation adjusted to the body of the mentioned implant, and, secondly, the means for fixing the mentioned rods. Rods should be fixed with the help of a clamping device designed with possibility to press the mentioned rod towards internal walls of a canal developed in the mentioned implant's body. The mentioned rods contain cross-sectional supporting surface developed in transverse section of the mentioned rods and contains, at least, one flat part or part of the lesser or opposite curvature against the rest of the mentioned transverse section. Moreover, the axis of a clamping device coincides with that of the means of osseous body fixation or is parallel to it. The method for preparing the suggested device deals with the fact that operation on introducing a clamping device should be carried out before surgical interference.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spinal osteosynthesis.
