SUBSTANCE: device has matching shape and size to be fitted into intervertebral gap (E) separating opposite surfaces (VO) of two adjacent vertebrae (V), and additionally includes at least one intervertebral divider (1) in the form of ring with bar of smaller height along the spine axis than the rest of divider. Intervertebral divider bar includes at least one hole for insertion of protruding fixation structure part for fastening of intervertebral divider (1) to at least one of the vertebrae (V).
EFFECT: prevented loosening of screws fastened to bone during spine motion, possible divider fixation in the absence of part reaching outside intervertebral gap.
