SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic lift with hydraulic accumulator 17. Oil can be fed by pump 13 between hydraulic accumulator 17 and hydraulic drive 17. Sense of rotation of pump 13 can be changed. Electrically-controlled shutoff valve 12 of cylinder pipeline and electrically-controlled shutoff valve 15 of hydraulic accumulator pipelines are arranged at both sides of pump 13. Both valves 12, 15 are of opening and closing design. To prevent quick changes of pressure at opening of valves 12, 15 before beginning of travel of lift cabin 1, devices 13, 14, 24, 25 can be set into action at combined operation of pressure relay 22 and load pressure pickup 31 to change pressure in section of pipeline between pump 13 and shutoff valve 12, 12', 12" of cylinder pipeline and in section of pipeline between pump 13 and shutoff valve 15, 15', 15" of hydraulic accumulator pipeline when cabin 1 stops to eliminate considerable difference in pressure before opening of valves 12, 15. Invention relates to corresponding method of control.
