FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering and can be used in the regulation and protection of ship steam turbines. Hydraulic system is made with two hydraulic channels – regulation and protection, with variable-capacity hydraulic pumps being part of the control channel and connected to the hydraulic cylinder of the regulating valve through the regulation system, and hydraulic pumps of constant capacity are part of the channel of protection and are connected through the protection system to the hydraulic cylinder of the quick-closing valve. Hydraulic fluid cooler is included in the hydraulic channel of the actuating hydraulic cylinder of the fast-closing valve protecting the turbine. Solenoid valve is introduced into the hydraulic control channel at the inlet to the executive hydraulic cylinder of the turbine control valve, the control input of which is connected to the subsystem for monitoring the control system.
EFFECT: improving the reliability of the hydraulic control valves of the steam turbine.
