SUBSTANCE: device can be used for measurement of level of liquid and loose materials. To achieve desired result the electronic circuit of FET is connected with sensor unit. Electronic circuit of FET receives analog measuring signals of sensor unit, generates analog control signals for excitation of main harmonic of sensor unit and transmits them to sensor unit. Output signal of phase compensator is subject to conversion by means of digital-to-analog converter into control signal for sensor unit.
