FIELD: medicine, nephrology.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to measure maximal systolic and final diastolic rates of circulation at the level of distal department of renal artery and at maximal systolic rate ranged 106-134 cm/sec, final diastolic rate ranged 36-61 cm/sec and index of resistance ranged 0.65-0.70 it is possible to diagnose compensatory disorders of renal hemodynamics. At maximal systolic rate ranged 106-134 cm/sec, final diastolic rate ranged 25-32 cm/sec and index of resistance ranged 0.70-0.78 one should diagnose subcompensatory disorders of renal hemodynamics. At maximal systolic rate ranged 78-89 cm/sec, final diastolic rate ranged 7-24 cm/sec and index of resistance ranged 0.70-0.88 one should diagnose decompensatory disorders of renal hemodynamics. At maximal systolic rate ranged 44-72 cm/sec, final diastolic rate ranged 7-24 cm/sec and index of resistance ranged 0.64-0.46 one should diagnose irreversible disorders of renal hemodynamics. The innovation widens the number of preparations for predicting nephroangiopathy.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.
