SUBSTANCE: method involves applying wide mobilization of upper lip and nose wing base tissues on small fragment through incision made 2 mm above the transition fold retaining periosteum without injuries, after having refreshed cleft edges. Periosteum is cut along the frontal edge of the alveolar process in the vicinity of defect beginning from piriform opening to alveolar process apex on both sides. Mucoperiosteal flaps are detached, overthrown toward the defect and sutured. Posterior and upper bone bed part is formed and the alveolar process defect is filled with osteogenic material wrapped in hemostatic Surgisel. Periosteal graft taken from the frontal tibia surface is sutured from above to remaining alveolar process periosteum. The created periosteal envelope is covered with mucous membrane flap cut from small fragment of the upper lip. Upper lip tissues are sutured layer-by-layer and nose deformity is corrected.

EFFECT: prevented injuries in growth zone and maxilla development disorders.
