FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: mucosa is cut along the edges of the alveolar bone cleft. Flap is exfoliated from the defect edges. Upper jaw alveolar bone fragments are exposed. Nasal mucosa is filled into the defect and suturing is performed by inserted sutures. Bone block is withdrawn from the chin area or the lower jaw body, while its size is selected to overlap the defect. Lower jaw premolar is withdrawn and used as an autotransplant, at first, the premolar is placed into the prepared alveolar bone bed, the remaining defect cavity is filled with osteoplastic material, then the bone block is rigidly fixed outside of the defect, followed by covering of the attached gingiva with the mucosa flap, cut on the side fragment of the alveolar bone.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the surgical treatment efficiency and restore upper jaw and dentition integrity in the aesthetically important area.
