SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oral and maxillofacial surgery, and is intended for use in the plastic surgery of the alveolar process in cleft lip and palate in children. Mucosa is cut along the edges of the cleft of the alveolar process, grafts are exfoliated from the edges of the defect, bone fragments of the alveolar process are exposed, the nasal mucosa is tilted inside the defect and sutured with inserted seams, defect is filled with osteoplastic material, mucosa of the attached gingiva is further covered with a graft, cut out on the lateral fragment of the alveolar process, wound is sutured. Wherein after exposing the fragments of the alveolar process, the upper jaw fragments are fixed from the vestibular and palatal side with miniplates. Wherein miniplates are selected with a size exceeding the defect by 0.8–1.0 cm and a form congruent to fixed fragments of the jaw is given. Defect is filled with osteoplastic material, which is obtained by mixing bone autologous chips taken from the angle or body of the lower jaw, autoplasma enriched with platelets, hydroxyapatite granules a ratio of components 2:1:1, respectively, before suturing the wound, the osteoplastic material and miniplates are covered with an automembrane.

EFFECT: method allows simultaneously restoring the integrity of the upper jaw, stabilizing the achieved orthodontic result and creating a volume of bone tissue for further restoration of the dentition.
