SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery. Mucous membrane is incised along the edges of the cleft of the alveolar process. Flap is peeled from the edges of the defect. Then, the wound is closed. Mucosa of the alveolar bone is incised in the dental gingival papillae behind the second tooth from the lateral incisor on both sides. After suturing of the nasal mucosa, the maxilla fragments are stabilized with miniplates placed on the vestibular and palatal sides with the defect overlapping and fixation at distance of 0.5–0.7 cm.
