FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to isolate a bony fragment from one of defect's edges to steadily transfer the fragment in the defect with the help of traction needles till complete substitution with a bony regenerate. Moreover, in bony fragment one should make parallel canals from the side of bony defects, and in projection of developed canals it is necessary to develop vertical canals through which the deformation of needles should be performed followed by their extraction. Application of the present innovation enables to prevent the lysis of developed bony regenerate and, thus, avoid postoperational complications.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of substitution.
