FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to orthopaedics, and can be applied in treatment of patients with vast defects of extremity bones. Osteotomy of end of one of splinters is performed. Dosed relocation of formed fragment in defect to contact with end of opposite-lying splinter and further stable fixation by means of compression-distraction apparatus to consolidation of bone on juncture of bone splinters, and reconstruction of section of formed bone regenerate are carried out. At the stage of fixation, minimum two pins, which have biologically active coating, are introduced into bone-marrow cavities of opposite-lying bone splinters, through relocated fragment and section of formed bone regenerate.
EFFECT: method ensures recovery of supportability of extremity, replacement of bone defect, reduction of terms of bone consolidation on juncture of splinters and reconstruction of section of formed bone regenerate into mature bone tissue.
