SUBSTANCE: one should fix vertebral column with the help of a compression-distraction apparatus, affect the integrity of ribs at the side of deformation protrusion, dosed reconstruction of vertebral axis followed by stable fixation till costal consolidation, moreover, due to destroying the integrity of ribs one should exfoliate periosteum, resect the deformed parts; isolated fragments should be reduced, the obtained osseous dust should be applied into intact periosteal bed to suture periosteum; then comes dosed reconstruction of vertebral axis due to fulfilling at its deformation of above 30° spondylodesis of vertebral segments at the tops of curvature arches, moreover, at deformation angle of 40° one should fulfill posterior spondylodesis, and in case of great values of curvature it is necessary to carry out anterior spondylodesis that prevents post-surgical complications and deformation relapse.
