One should carry out decompression of spinal cord, dosed correction of vertebral axis, anterior spondylodesis with a metalloimplant after resecting Urban's wedge out of posterior access, before anterior spondylodesis one should resect anterior departments of affected vertebra's body for one half of its anterior-posterior size, moreover, the metalloimplant should be introduced out of posterior access by one stage that prevents the relapse of kyphosis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
