SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients with vertebral tumors in lumbar and thoracic departments complicated by spinal disorders. One should completely remove affected vertebra at keeping the integrity of spinal cord, fix the affected segment in apparatus of external transpedicular fixation to substitute the developed defect with an implant capable to intergrow with bony tissue with subsequent distraction till restoring the height of inter-body space that prevents post-operational complications and excludes the development of secondary deformation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
