FIELD: physiology and rehabilitation and preventive medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing course of hypoxide-hyperoxide exercises, including conducting procedures, each consisting of 6 hypoxide-hyperoxide cycles, wherein each cycle is 5-min normobaric hypoxide action performed in alternation with 3-5 min hyperoxide actions. First 5 hypoxide action procedures are provided using mixture with 11% oxygen content, the following 5 hypoxide action procedures are provided using mixture with 10% oxygen content. Hyperoxide action procedures are performed using mixture with 30% oxygen content. If needed, another course of 5 procedures may be carried-out, said procedures also consisting of 6 hypoxide-hyperoxide cycles, with 5-min normobaric hypoxide actions using mixture with 10% oxygen content being provided in alternation with 5-min hyperoxide actions using mixture with 30% oxygen content. Procedures are carried-out every other day. Method allows distinctly expressed membrane stabilizing action to be provided, said action facilitating in enhancing resistance of hepatic and brain cells to active forms of oxygen.

EFFECT: increased safety and efficiency in hypoxide-hyperoxide normobatic exercises in short-time mode due to increasing of individual non-specific adaptation capabilities to extreme and sub-extreme environment factors.
