FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely restorative medicine. It may be used for increasing human adaptability by means of hypoxic effect on the body. Method is implemented before noon. Obligatory condition is continuous measurement of oxygen saturation and heart rate (HR) before and during the exposure. Patient is supplied with hypoxic gas mixture with oxygen concentration 11-16 %, flow rate is 45-52 l/min with exposure of 3 minutes. Further, 100 % hydrogen is continuously supplied through the nasal cannula at 1-2 l/min with reducing the hypoxic mixture supply rate to 20 l/min for exposure time 5 to 10 min. If saturation decreases to 80-75 %, the oxygen concentration is automatically increased to 21 % to achieve the initial oxygen saturation and heart rate. Duration of one exposure cycle including alternate hypoxic gas and hydrogen respiration makes 40-60 min; one procedure consists of 4-5 exposure cycles. 10 to 21 procedures are performed every second day. Method is implemented with the use of inhalers wherein the hypoxic mixture exposure is ensured by breathing through a respiratory mask in combination with 100 % hydrogen delivery by means of a cannula.
EFFECT: method provides higher body adaptability and recovery ability, causes no adverse reactions.
