FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying interval hypoxia training by inhaling gas mixture with low oxygen contents. Therapy selection is based on evaluating individual clinical specific properties of each patient in hypoxia test and in determining blood hemoglobin saturation with oxygen in applying pulse oximetry method. Hypoxia index is determined. Its value being less than 2, response type is interpreted as unfavorable and conservative mode of interval hypoxia training is administered. The value greater than 2, response type is interpreted as favorable and training mode is administered. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 4 tbl
