FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves implanting 2-4 fragments of optical light guides into epidural space near the planned action zone and fixing them in perpendicular to dural sack. Laser radiation source is attached to the light guide and treatment is applied to spinal cord canal injury zone.
EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications.
