SUBSTANCE: walking stick has body, grip, tip, at least one power sensor, user's interface including display and data processing means for processing of data from power sensor and transmitting processed data to display. Power sensor is positioned between grip, tip and body.

EFFECT: improved adjustment of effectiveness of exercise done with the use of this exerciser and provision for correct doing of exercises.
