SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the production process of manufacture of the tubular membranous filtering components, which are used in the processes of the macro-, micro-, ultra-, nano- and dia-filtration. The sealing up the ends of the open-porous tubes of the bundle is conducted with usage of the device containing the detachable bucket and the gear for fixation of the open-porous tubes in the vertical position. The ends of the open-porous tubes are dipped in the detachable bucket, setting them on the mandrels arranged vertically in the sockets of the platform, which is the support for the ends of the tubes and the detachable bucket. Fixation of the tubes with the simultaneous sealing up of their channels is exercised the axial relocation of the mandrels. In the detachable bucket pour the compound and harden it. The mandrels are returned to their initial location, the platform and the detachable bucket are taken off from the formed holder. The technical result of the invention is simplification of the process of manufacture of the modular tubular membranous components and provision of the high quality of the products.
