FIELD: hydrocyclones used at purification of the in-house ponds, water reservoirs for reduction of humidity content in the slime, silt extracted by the special soil pumps.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the hydrocyclone, which may be used, for example, for reduction of the humidity of the oozes extracted by means of the suction dredges at purification of ponds and other in-house water reservoirs. The hydrocyclone contains the cylindrical body with the force and drain connecting pipes, the nozzle for release of the thickened product. The body is made cylindrical in whole its height. The nozzle for release of the thickened product is made in the form of the coaxially arranged inside the body valve, which is limited from above by the conical surface and the adjacent to it from below cylindrical surface. The lower edges of the cylindrical body and the cylindrical surface of the valve are bent off outside with formation between them of the annular slot. The inclination angles of the generatrix of the conic surface and the mentioned above edges are taken bigger, than the angle of friction at motion on them of the thickened product. The bottom of the valve is fixed on the end of the double-armed lever with the counter-weight on its opposite end and the fixer of the angle of its turning in the vertical plane with respect to the hinge arranged in the center of the lever. The technical result of the invention is provision of the increased productivity of the hydrocyclone concerning the thickened product at reduction of the humidity contents of the highly-concentrated oxyhydroxites due to essential increase of the total section of the discharge opening of the hydrocyclone.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased productivity of the hydrocyclone concerning the thickened product at reduction of the humidity contents of the highly-concentrated oxyhydroxites.
