FIELD: recovery of industry waste materials, namely processing metallic cuttings such as titanium cuttings.
SUBSTANCE: briquetting is performed in press with movable container which is fixed relative to stationary plug before feeding charge materials to die. Plug is in the form of pressure pad and it is partially arranged in die. Preliminary briquetting of charge is realized by stroke of ram and final briquetting is performed by simultaneous strokes of ram and container relative to plug.
EFFECT: possibility for producing briquettes with stable uniform strength in whole volume.
