FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: perfusion circuit pump drive device includes a pump drive unit, perfusion parameters control unit, perfusate oxygen saturation control unit, perfusate volumetric flow rate control unit, sound and light indication unit and remote control unit connected to the central microcontroller configured to control power supply. The pump drive unit includes a pump drive microcontroller connected through power switches and electric motor to a magnetic coupling, connecting the motor shaft to the pump included into the perfusion circuit. The perfusion parameters control unit includes the first and the second filters with inputs receiving voltage from perfusate pressure and temperature sensors, respectively, an analog-digital converter connected to the filter outputs and to the perfusion parameters microcontroller input associated with the central microcontroller. The perfusate oxygen saturation control unit comprises a transimpedance amplifier, adapted to connect the oxygen saturation sensor and connecyed via an analog-digital converter to the perfusate oxygen saturation control unit microcontroller, with one output connectable via an analog-digital converter to perfusate oxygen saturation sensor LEDs, and the other connected to the central microcontroller. The perfusate volumetric flow rate control unit includes a time-to-digital converter, connected to piezo elements with measuring signals generator outputs and time meter inputs. Time meter output is connected to the microcontroller for perfusate volumetric flow rate calculation. The remote control unit is configured to generate and supply control commands to start and stop the pump, record perfusion parameters and configure sensors. The sound and light indication unit is connected to the central microcontroller.
EFFECT: reliable and long-term distance maintenance of viable donor organs perfusion conditions in the donor's body.
