SUBSTANCE: cooling device is implemented as a multi-cascade device. It consists of two or more heat-eliminating and/or cooling device, which consequently transfers heat from heat-generating computer elements to outer radiator, which gives heat away to environment. Cascades are constructively distanced from each other, but are implemented with the capability of tight heat contact between the radiator of initial cascade and cooler of the next one. First cascade is located inside the computer and transfers heat from heat-generating elements to computer's wall. The second cascade is implemented as a computer table, which takes heat from computer's wall and transfers it through pipeline to outer heat-release device or directly disperses received heat to environment.
EFFECT: considerable cooling power of heat-generating computer elements with decreased sizes and keeping high mobility of system.
