FIELD: confectionary industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for molding of chocolate articles includes mould production by layer-by-layer silicone application on preliminary manufactured dummy. The first chocolate layer is applied by brush. Chocolate is poured in mould, treated on vibration exciter and underside of chocolate cake is equalized, e.g. by logotype application. Chocolate article after solidification is pulled out from mould. Method for mould production includes dummy manufacturing. Dummy is applied with silicone layers and reinforcing gauze in the second and following layers.
EFFECT: target articles of improved quality.
