FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a method and device for manufacture of moulded and marked confectionary products in the same mould. The method involves the following stages: (i) placement of an edible material into the cavity of the mould for production of moulded confectionary products that contains two or more rows of cavities and (ii) application of marking onto each moulded confectionary product in accordance with identification of the edible material in the confectionary product so that to produce moulded and marked confectionary products. Each row of cavities is associated with at least one single-row depositor that deposits the edible material solely within the specific row.
EFFECT: invention enables creation of a flexible method for manufacture of moulded and marked confectionary products that are not necessarily identical using a single line with minimum losses.
