SUBSTANCE: one should carry out endoscopic ultrasonography of pancreatobiliary area to evaluate the form of protrusion of pancreatic formation contour: sharpened one corresponds to 1; mixed one, with predominance of sharpened - 2; sharpened-circular one - 3; mixed one, with predominance of circulated - 4; circular one - 5; flattened one - 6; its structure: homogeneous - 1; moderately heterogeneous - 2; heterogeneous - 3; highly heterogeneous - 4 and echogeneity: hypoechogenic - 1; of decreased echogeneity - 3; of decreased echogeneity, being nearer to isoechogenic - 4; isoechogenic - 5; of increased echogeneity - 6. It is necessary to calculate differentiation degree by the following formula: Y=4.628627-0.328512xstructure-0.318423xechogeneity-0.227077xform of protrusion contour. At Y≤1.5 one should detect high differentiation degree of adenocarcinoma, ay ranged 1.5-2.5 - moderate differentiation degree, and at Y≥2.5 -low differentiation degree of pancreatic adenocarcinoma should be determined.
