FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: implant's leg is made in form of tube and fixing members. Tube has closed lower end, openings at side surface and pin mounted for axial shifts. Openings in tube are made round; they are disposed along surface of tube in levels; at any level axes of tubes are put apart at angle of 120 degrees relatively each other. Fixing members are made in form of mushrooms; legs of fixing members are made cylindrical to have sharpening at ends; they are mounted for axial movement and fixation in openings of tube. Heads of fixing members with spherical surfaces are disposed in cavity of tube; they communicate with pushers in form of conical ring-shaped protrusions, which are located on pin to meet opposite openings on tube. Bases of cone-shaped protrusions are turned up. Lower end of pin is mounted in guiding channel of dead end of tube. Top part of pin is made threaded for interaction with thread lug at internal surface of tube and it end up with faceting for key. Top end of tube is provided with external thread, onto which thread the cap is screwed on to close the tube.

EFFECT: better results of treatment; higher stability of position of implant's leg.
