FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, in particular to traumatology -orthopedics. The leg is made as a tube with axial rod; the latter is made with pushers and threaded top end ending with a driving head. The tube is made with a capped top end, with bottom end - plugged, sharpened and with a guiding channel for the bottom end of the axial rod. The tube is also made with lateral surface, along which there are openings in layers at an angle of 120° against each other. On the internal surface of the tube there is an afflux with a threaded opening for the top end of the axial rod. Axial rod is arranged moving axially in the guiding channel of the plugged end of the tube. The leg also has lobes fastened in the upper parts of the above mentioned openings and having on the external surface of the loose ends fastening elements for introduction into the bony tissue, the latter are made in pyramid-shape and in primary position are plunged into the cavity of the tube. Pushers are made cylindrical and with rotating rod pushing lobes out from the cavity of the tube.
EFFECT: improved treatment outcomes due to better reliability of the device and reduced traumatism of its application.
