FIELD: medicine; traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: method involves using a nut, which diameter is larger than internal diameter of the aforesaid component, a key whereto the nut is attached and which is notched in the place of attachment, a referring hairpin of the diameter, smaller than that of the said component and with a proximal threading part and a shock hammer capable of being rolled in the hairpin proximal threading part. The method consists in trepanation of a femur diaphysis which is performed 2-5 mm lower on the distal extremity level of the said component along 1-1.5 cm of a bone length, and on bone width on extent equal peer to an input nut thickness. The said nut is introduced into medullar space through trepanation aperture by means of the aforesaid key. The above nut is turned 90 degrees and pressed up till it is in a dense contact with the distal extremity of the said component. Then the referring hairpinin is itroduced into the said component. After that the hairpin distal extremity is rolled in a nut and the key is broken off. In the hairpin proximal threading part a shock hammer is rolled by means of which the distal extremity of the said component is beaten out.

EFFECT: invention allows for excising fragments of hollow implants.
