FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has tube with dead bottom end and holes in lateral surface, rotatable rod and fastening members. The round tube holes are tier-by-tier arranged over the tube surface and displaced relative to each other at 120°. The mushroom-shaped fastening members have pedicles having cylindrical and sharp ends axially movable and fixable in tube holes. Hemispherical fastening members heads are enclosed in the tube cavity being engageable with three-bladed pushers of evolvent shape. The pushers are mounted on the rod opposite to the tube holes. The lower rod end is mounted in guiding canal of the dead tube end. The upper rod end is ratchet wheel engageable with dog member placed on a face surface of circular tube boss having rotatable rod ending in facet for applying wrench. The upper tube end has external thread for a cap to be screwed for closing the tube.

EFFECT: long service life; increased prosthesis position stability in femur medullary canal.
