MOULD FOR MANUFACTURE OF THE ELASTOMERIC COVERING FOR THE STATOR OF THE SCREW GYRATOR HYDRAULIC MACHINE Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B29C39/10 B29C45/14

Abstract RU 2290308 C2

FIELD: chemical industry; molds for production of the elastomeric products.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of elastomeric products, in particular, to the mold for production of the elastomeric covering for the stator of the screw gyrator hydraulic machine. The mould for manufacture of the elastomeric covering for the stator of the screw gyrator hydraulic machine contains the core with screw teeth, the inlet and the molding channels made on one of the core sides, two centering bushes installed on the edges of the core, the overlapping bush mounted on the core from the side of the inlet and molding channels, the hollow body of the manufactured stator installed on the centering bushes concentrically to the core and forming the molding cavity with bushes and the core. The centering bush is arranged in the exit point of the molding channels. The overlapping bush and-or the centering bush are concentrically installed on the screw teeth of the core and form with them the molding screw spinnerets connected with the molding channels and the molding cavity. The invention allows to increase accuracy of the radial dimensions and the linearity of the molded profile of the elastomeric covering of the stator and enables the manufacture of the long-length rubber-metallic stators of the gyrator of the hydraulic machines.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased accuracy of the radial dimensions and the linearity of the molded profile of the elastomeric coverings for the stator and enables the manufacture of the long-length rubber-metallic stators of the gyrator of the hydraulic machines.
