FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of elastomeric articles by injection molding, particularly rubber coatings stators of screw gerotor hydraulic machines. Mold for production of elastomer lining of helical gerotor hydraulic machine stator comprises core with screw multistart teeth, gate and casting channels made on one of core sides, two centering bushings installed on the edges of the core, overlapping the bushing installed on the core on the side of the inlet and the casting channels, also includes tubular housing of stator, installed by means of centering sleeves concentrically to core, forming with bushings and core forming cavity, wherein each centering bushing is made in the form of a sleeve with a transverse wall located on its end, and centering holes in the transverse wall for the shell installation along the end edges of the core and / or on the overlapping bushing concentrically to the core, end edges of the outer surface of the stator housing are installed in the sleeves concentrically to the core, one end of the tubular housing of the stator is located in the transverse plane of the core passing through the outlet points of the casting channels, and the other end of the stator housing is fixed with a thrust in the transverse wall of the sleeve, located on the side opposite to the inlet and casting channels. At inlet of gate channel of core there is a mixer, comprising a plurality of through longitudinal holes uniformly located along circumference concentrically to gate channel of core, and at the mixer end facing the inlet of the casting channels of the core, each longitudinal through hole in the mixer is provided with its own mixing radial channel passing through the center of the through longitudinal hole of the mixer in the radial direction from the center of the casting channel of the core.
