FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed mould tool comprises core with screw multi-flight teeth, inlet and casting channels arranged on one side of aforesaid core. Two centering sleeves are arranged on the core edges. Closing sleeve is fitted on the core, on the side of aforesaid channels. Mould tool comprises also tubular casing of stator to be cast arranged concentrically with core with the help centering sleeves. Aforesaid casing, sleeves and core form casing cavity. Note here that one of the said sleeves comprises at least one through hole to release air from aforesaid cavity. Mould tool comprises also mould tool module to produce elastomer material pepieces that makes additional casting cavity communicating with air release holes arranged in one of centering sleeves. It comprises also its holes or air release channels to let air escape from additional casting cavity.
EFFECT: higher reliability, longer life.
