FIELD: manufacture of rubber-metal stators of screw gerotor hydraulic units by the method of transfer molding. SUBSTANCE: bushes (2) and (3), core (4) with the central upper and lower channels (A1 and A2) and drop gates ((Б1 and Б2)) and multi-start helical gears are installed concentrically with body (1). Bushes (2) and (3) are installed for covering of part of the area of the flow areas of the drop gates ((Б1, Б2)). The drop gates have an outlet to the outlet radius of the core tooth space and to the flooding space. The central channels (A1, A2) are made on both sides of the core (4). The body (1) has components centering the core (4) with outlet channels ((Г).) made in them. The central channels (A1, A2) of the core (4) have stoppers (8,9). EFFECT: enhanced precision of radial dimensions, enhanced precision of the formed profile of the stator and possibility of manufacture of long-sized stators. 2 cl, 1 dwg
