SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for preparing chitosan oligosaccharides. Method involves enzymatic hydrolysis of chitosan in an aqueous solution containing acetic acid followed by filtration of hydrolyzate and its drying. For carrying out the enzymatic hydrolysis method involves using the chitonase preparation, and from the prepared hydrolyzate after filtration and before drying acetic acid is removed by anion-exchange purification with using strong-basic anion-exchange resin. Method provides preparing an oligosaccharide-base of chitosan.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
