FIELD: locking devices, particularly cylinder locks with tumbler pins or balls for different structures.
SUBSTANCE: cylinder secrecy mechanism for lock with tubular key comprises body having boring provided with swiveling mechanism. The swiveling mechanism comprises rotary bush and stepped core, which are rigidly connected with each other. Coaxial radial orifices are created in the body and the bush. Some orifices, namely coded ones, are coaxial to radial orifices of the key. Each coded orifice receives one ball having diameter exceeding rotary bush wall thickness. Each other orifice receives two balls, which are utilized as fixing members to prevent swinging mechanism rotation when the key is removed from the lock. One ball to be brought into contact with key has thickness of not more than rotary bush wall thickness. Annular grooves adapted to receive ring springs are created in outer bush body. The ring springs are helical and spring ends are connected with each other. All orifices are located in planes extending through above grooves. The groove depths are selected to provide spring-loading of fixing members and limitation of coded orifice ball travel by inner spring sides.
EFFECT: increased reliability and extended application field.
