FIELD: locksmith's work. SUBSTANCE: magnetic cylinder mechanism of lock security with a key has a body, rotary bush and a central rod; and aligned radial holes are made in the body and rotary bush, part of the holes is aligned with the radial holes made in the key; one ball is placed in each hole aligned with the key hole, the ball diameter exceeds the wall thickness of the rotary bush, and one supporting ball is placed in each of the rest holes, the ball diameter does not exceed the wall thickness of the rotary bush, and a stop member; the central rod is rigidly fastened to the rotary bush and kinematically linked with the lock bolt. The mechanism is provided with a permanent magnet, which is so positioned that the central rod made of soft magnetic material is located in the magnetic field.
