FIELD: locksmith's work. SUBSTANCE: ball cylinder mechanism of lock security with a key has a body placed in a housing, and a rotary bush kinematically linked with the door bolt, in which aligned radial holes are made, part of which is aligned radial holes are made, part of which is aligned with the radial holes made in the key, one ball is placed in each hole aligned with the key hole, the ball diameter exceeds the wall thickness of the rotary bush, and the limiter located between the ball and the housing, and the other holes accommodate two balls each, the diameter of one of them that is engageable with the key is not larger than the wall thickness of the rotary bush, and these holes are so positioned that the gravitational forces acting on the balls placed in them would be directed to the center of the ball mechanism. The holes aligned with the holes made in the key are stepped ones, the step of each of these holes that is larger in diameter is in the body, and that of the lesser diameter - in the rotary bush; the limiters whose ends facing the balls have hollows are positioned in the body, and each limiter consists on one or two components. EFFECT: enhanced resistance to breaking-in. 5 cl, 5 dwg
