FIELD: cooling equipment, particularly to produce cold in autonomous fixed and movable devices, for instance in domestic refrigerators.

SUBSTANCE: refrigerating plant comprises cooled chamber and intermediate coolant circulation loop. The loop includes pump, outer heat-exchanger with fan and thermoelectric cooling unit arranged in cooled chamber and having thermoelectric modules. The thermoelectric modules comprise heat-absorbing and heat-generating junctions. Heat-removing tube is installed in cooled chamber wall. The heat-removing tube is made as a cup in which outlet tube is arranged so that the outlet tube is spaced from heat-removing tube bottom to create annular heat-dissipating channel. Heat-generating junctions of thermoelectric modules are installed on outer surface of heat-removing tube so that the heat-generating junctions are uniformly distributed along heat-removing tube length. Heat-generating junctions are arranged in cooled chamber. Outlet tube is connected to pump inlet. Pump outlet is attached to heat-exchanger inlet. Heat-exchanger outlet is linked with heat-removing tube. Outer surface of heat-removing tube is cylindrical or polyhedral. Cross-sectional area of annular heat-dissipating channel is not less than that of outlet tube. Width of gap between inlet section of outlet tube and heat-removing tube bottom is not less than 0.25 from inner diameter of outlet tube. Outlet tube has orifices inclined towards fluid flow in outlet tube and formed in area of thermoelectric cooling module arrangement.

EFFECT: increased efficiency due to reduced heat losses and reduced power inputs, extended range of application due to extended temperature range of plant operation and simplified usage.
