FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: rotameter comprises conical tube with local scale and nonmagnetic float that receives a permanent magnet. The unmovable central guide made of nonmagnetic tube made of corrosion-protective material and the tube are axially aligned. The tube receives the ferromagnetic conductor with dampers at its ends and reading unit connected with the amplifier-generator of reading pulses. The ferromagnetic conductor is connected with the generator of exciting pulses. The output parameter of the rotameter is the time interval proportional to the displacement of the float.
EFFECT: enhanced resolution.
