FIELD: quantum electronics; lasers with steady output radiation parameters.
SUBSTANCE: angular adjustment of mirrors involves output mirror turning about two axis lying in perpendicular planes using for the purpose adjusting device and automatic drive (piezoelectric pusher).Provision is made for adjusting two mirrors (fully reflecting and output ones) at a time. During adjustment one or two round diaphragms are automatically installed between laser active element and output mirror. Diaphragm center is aligned with resonator axis. Light filter and focusing system are installed between light-splitting plate and power meter. Signal processing and control unit is made in the form of controller. The latter is electrically connected to piezoelectric pusher of adjusting device.
EFFECT: maximized laser radiation power.
