FIELD: quantum electronics; dual-channel waveguide gas lasers.
SUBSTANCE: laser cavity length is adjusted by using lengthwise-axial movement unit of two rotating mirrors which is hermetically joined to laser casing through thrust bushing. This unit is made in the form of rod mounting piezoelectric corrector which is locked in position with aid of nut on one end and on other end its rear part is rigidly fixed on cylindrical sleeve rod. Adjusting flange of rotating mirrors is rigidly coupled with elastically deformable flange fixed with its central part on rod and over perimeter, on cylindrical sleeve. Adjusting and elastically deformable flanges are mounted in a spaced relation to thrust bushing and laser casing end.
EFFECT: facilitated regulation of frequency and radiation power.
