FIELD: quantum electronics, design of waveguide two-channel gas lasers with collapsible U-shaped resonator.
SUBSTANCE: laser includes aid for adjustment of combined mirror put on end wall of laser, beam-splitting coat applied on half of internal surface of mirror, high-reflection coat applied on second half of mirror. Aid for adjustment has external part containing bushing comprising flange with adjustment screws, section with deformed neck and section for attachment to end wall arranged in succession and internal part incorporating base put of hollow cylinder, base carries mount with combined mirror. Eternal and internal parts of aid are joined by means of hollow cylinder, which axis is displaced with reference to axis of laser and which has heat sink with flexible plates contacting case of laser. Part of mirror with high-reflection coat is positioned opposite first discharge channel of laser and the other part of mirror with beam-splitting coat is located opposite second discharge channel on one side and opposite hollow cylinder on the other side.
EFFECT: enhanced emission power.
